• Work, work, work.
  • Errands, errands, errands.
  • Run around; maybe bring said kids to an activity.
  • Pick up the house.
  • Make (or if you’re like me, pick up) dinner.
  • Crash into bed.
  • Bid partner goodnight with a “maybe tomorrow” look (but let’s be real—probably not).
  • Rinse and repeat.

You take care of everyone else all day long, and at the end of the day, you’ve got nothing left for yourself.

Maybe you wonder, “When will it be my turn?”

When will you get to take care of you?

But you don’t have the support (or structures) to make it happen.

You feel:

  • Guilty
  • Overwhelmed
  • Exhausted
  • Like wherever you are at, your only partially there (at home, thinking about work and vice versa)

Joy and fun are distant memories.

Maybe you’ve accepted your “fate” . . . “This is how motherhood is.”

That you’re at the top of your own to-do list. That you can get connected to who you really are. That when Mama’s happy, everyone’s happy.

I’m interested in having a new conversation with mothers and helping them have a different experience where they are:
• Empowered to take care of themselves
• Energized by their families and career
• Deeply connected and passionate in their relationships

And have more time. Yes, time. For yourself, whatever that looks like for you. Motherhood on purpose, from a place of pleasure and humor. For the love of it.

Because if I want my daughter to live the life of her dreams, I damn well better be living the life of mine.

We help you get clarity on what you really want–and then go for it.

To be heard and seen and gotten in a small group of amazing, like-minded women who will cheer you on and have your back like no one ever has.

Now that’s what I call a luscious mother!

The nuts and bolts:
• Small Group: 5 women maximum
• Three 90-minute group calls per month
• Two one-on-one calls over the course of the program
• A private group Facebook page
• Six-month commitment
• $550 a month ($450 early bird)

By the end of the program, you’ll be able to:
• Clearly articulate what you want and need.
• Pay attention to yourself and your must-haves.
• Do the things you say you’re going to do.
• Take action towards what really matters to you personally and professionally.

Fun. Humor. Connection. Get a new lease on life Mama.

Q: What are the criteria for this group? Can any Jane, Mary or Sally join?

A: Before registering, all potential participants have an interview with Sarah to see if they are a good fit. Here are some of the things I look for: They are a hell yes to working on their lives and are ready and willing to change some things. They have a great attitude; no stinkers. They are looking to connect deeply with other women and are open and curious.

Q: How does scheduling work?

A: Prior to the start of the program, all participants send their top three days and times for group calls. Typically, we’re able to find a time that works for everyone this way. Otherwise, I send a Doodle poll and we vote. Where there is a will, there is a way . . .

Q: What if I need to miss a call?

A: Over the course of the six months, participants get two 30-minute one to one makeup calls.

Q: What will I get out of this?

A: That’s a great question. It all depends on what you are up to and what you want to create. Typical topics and goals Moms want to work on include: career stuff, relationships, well-being and life-balance. What you choose to focus on is absolutely up to you. Everyone gets coaching on their goals and in the process all Mamas benefit in the group setting and walk away with a new lease on life.

Q: I’m really busy right now. Will you do this again?

A: Currently this is a once a year opportunity. As my business grows and evolves I may do this format again or this could turn into an online course. So if you’re on the fence, let’s talk about it. I can say, every Mom who has completed my Group Coaching Program counts it as one of the best things they’ve done for themselves.

Working with Sarah is an absolute game-changer. She brings an incredible level of support, warmth, and presence to her clients – and it gets results. When I started working with Sarah, I felt stuck, and even lost, in several areas of my life. Within five months of working with Sarah, I started the business I’ve been dreaming of for years (while increasing my performance and pay at my “day job”). I took two fantasy trips, and created new energy in my marriage. I formed new habits that are critical for this next phase of success in my life. Sara helped me recognize when I was choosing from fear instead of possibility, and taught me that being is just as important as doing. I’ve taken my life to the next level with Sarah as my co-pilot, and I’m forever grateful for her.

Sarah bring lightness and humor to her coaching sessions, while establishing a deep, caring relationship with her clients. She has a talent for seeing and reflecting greatness in people – and she’s not afraid to poke around the comfort zone! Sarah is a leader in her field, and an extraordinary coach to her clients.

I completed Sarah’s Group Coaching for Mom’s program just this past summer. It was such an amazing experience – women from different backgrounds coming together to share, support and grow! It’s both empowering and humbling to see how much we women and moms have in common – regardless of where we are in our lives. I was able to learn so much from each of these incredible humans. And then there is our amazing leader, our coach, our mother ship – who brought everything together with her wisdom, compassion and humor. Sarah Olin has a way of making you feel like a million bucks no matter what is happening in your life. It’s such a gift, as is she! Sarah listens. She hears you. She supports you. She challenges you. And most importantly, she genuinely CARES about you and your journey of growth. She’s made such a lasting mark on my heart and my spirit. I miss my weekly calls now so much. But Sarah armed me with so many tools that I can use on my continuous journey of growth, curiosity and love. I am forever grateful to Sarah and to the women that I was blessed to share this experience with!

Coaching is a truly transformative and life-changing experience. It is sometimes uncomfortable and challenging which has been absolutely necessary for me to step out and take risks I would have never taken before. Sarah challenged the stifling stories I believed about myself and my capabilities. I believed whole-heartedly that I was stuck and without choices for a very long time. I was waiting for circumstances to improve so that I could then be the person I knew I could be. Coaching taught me that I already was that person and that the time is now. There will always be perceived challenges no matter how long I wait. Those limitations are hiding all of the possibility waiting for me. I have accomplished more in the last three months than I did in the previous three years and it feels amazing. No more waiting for the stars to align or everyone around me to get their act together. I am BEING who I was created to be and creating the life I WANT to live…NOW.
