Who is Luscious?

SARAH OLIN, PCC

Sarah Olin

Sarah Olin, PCC, is a world-renowned Life Coach for Moms and the founder of Luscious Mother. She works with mothers across the globe – women who crave fulfilling lives and amazing relationships with their children, their partners, and most importantly, themselves.

Credentialed by the International Coach Federation and certified by Accomplishment Coaching (The World’s Finest Coaches’ Training Program), Sarah pours love, humor and a relentless stand for you into her life-changing coaching work. Her methods are designed to help you discover and seize the life you truly want. It’s a fun and powerful process that has led Mamas throughout the world – from America to Europe to Australia to Tanzania – to step into their full truth as Total Badasses in Life + Motherhood.

Sarah’s clients describe it best, with testimonials like:

“Meeting Sarah is truly one of the best things that ever happened to me.”

And:

“Coaching with Sarah is not easy work, but it is endlessly worthwhile and abundantly transformative. She possesses the courage and wherewithal to sit in times of deep tumult with another person.”

When she’s not helping mothers step into the lives of their dreams – or training new Life and Leadership Coaches in NYC – you can find her meditating, having living room dance parties with her four-year-old daughter, or indulging in DVR’d episodes of Empire.

Anna Conathan

Anna Conathan

Anna is a personal coach who works with humans looking to move ancient obstacles,  improve communication in challenging relationships, begin exciting new endeavors, or free themselves from tired old stories that keep them small in their lives. Trained through the premiere, International Coach Federation accredited program, Accomplishment Coaching, Anna is passionately committed to helping people transform their own lives through powerful motivation, deep empathy, compassionate curiosity, no-nonsense truth-telling, and her innate sense of humor.

A graduate of Emerson College’s School of Performing Arts in Boston, Anna went on to a successful career as an actress, stand-up comic and screenwriter in Los Angeles and New York, where she learned to appreciate her species’ spectacular ability to create, connect and transform. (And bullshit.) Anna has pushed gurneys on “ER”, opened for Paula Poundstone, was selected to perform in the Montreal Comedy Festival, worked as an in-house writer for Disney Animation, and penned screenplays and TV scripts for Disney, Sony, Warner Brothers, and Paramount.

Becoming a mother gave Anna the opportunity to embrace change, get comfortable with the unknown, dig into her imagination in a new way, and really sharpen her improvisation skills. Parenting, as Anna likes to say, is the longest game of improv ever played.

Rather keen on humans, talking to strangers has always been one of Anna’s favorite pastimes, especially back when it was strictly prohibited by her mother. Despite all the adversity and discord in the world, she finds the human species to be resilient, compassionate, and wildly likable; which is why “getting with the people” and inspiring meaningful communication and emotional connection across jagged cultural divides has evolved as her passion and purpose in life.

That, of course, and making people laugh.

When Anna isn’t coaching she can be found hauling traps as a sternman on a lobster boat in her home state of Maine, helping train future doctors in the ways of empathy as a standardized patient, messing around on stage with her Portland theatre buddies, or walking the beach with her handsome husband, hilarious son and dingbat chocolate lab.

Her philosophy is, “A day where I embrace my imperfection is a day I’m winning.” Working with people from coast to coast, Hillary shows big love for her clients with bold reflection and humor. One of Hillary’s superpowers is that no topic is off the table, and she LOVES to co-create. Hillary can take your TMI, your oversharing, and all the hard questions, so bring it on, let’s be bold!

Kristin Baker

Kristin Baker

Kristin Baker, ACC is a certified life coach for moms. She helps mothers emerging from the early years of parenting who are feeling spread thin and unfulfilled learn how to reconnect with themselves so they can enjoy their motherhood, celebrate their romantic relationship, and live a big, full life.

Kristin loves what she does and you can tell – her excitement is infectious.  As a coach, she’s pretty much the same as she is as a mom – silly and spiritual, nurturing but strong, and always reflecting back to her clients (and her daughter) the best parts of themselves.

Kristin is happily married to the super hot man of her dreams, and is mom to 5-year old magical fairy Avery, and a perpetually hungry mutt named Kenya.  When she’s not coaching her groups of mamas, you can find her digging in the dirt with Avery, hosting huge chaotic family dinners, or curled up on the couch with a good book.
